You can take a picture of the care plan from your doc and it fills in basically the whole protocol for you. got my compound right, doses right, even the cycle weeks. I checked everything before saving and it’s a huge time saver. Alerts/reminders help me never miss a dose again.

I've been cycling peptides for about a year and was using a notes app + alarms. Regimen is the first thing I've tried that actually understands cycling weeks, off days, and stacking multiple compounds. The Today screen only shows what I'm supposed to take today, not a wall of every protocol. Worth the download.
