Takže všichni pozor. Pokud navštívíte salonek jízdenky nelze vrátit ani změnit !!! Repeatedly crashes. Difficult to use. Downloaded it and paid to have money on my account, went to order food and it keeps timing out. So basically just lost the money I added. Just bring snacks and don’t loose money like I did. ### 1/5 — Plánek sedaček v aplikaci je jiný než skutečnost. *2024-04-12* Objednal jsem si jízdenku a sedačku víc než měsíc. Předem. Překvapeni nastalo ve chvíli když jsem zjistil že sedadla jsou očíslována jinak a místo v levé části u okna sedím na pravo přímo nad hajzlem toto opravdu není nic co bych chtěl ještě někdy zažít. Pět hodin se dívat jak všichni chodí srát 🙂‍↔️ **Developer response:** Dobrý den, zkuste prosím aplikaci přeinstalovat, došlo k načtení nevalidních dat z předchozí verze aplikace. You are forced to use it to order food and drinks (they could have just used a webapp). When I ordered the payment went trough, I got the email confirmation and it showed in my banking app. Regiojet, however, couldn’t manage to confirm the payment in the app. I was going round in circles to make the payment work and nothing happened. Luckily train staff was there to help me out. Sorry that they have to put up with such a dysfunctional app. ### 1/5 — Useless App *2023-07-15, version 3.37.3* Made two separate accounts and each would not allow my ticket number. Therefore the App will not let you enter the ‘make an order’ page! The display doesn't fit on the screen so I purchased online. Now I can't add my ticket. Successfully paid for the same seat twice. Didn’t show up under my tickets twice. The seat is still available for sale. Can’t change the origin or destination. Was able to cancel a flight in 2 seconds on an airline app, make calls, texts, etc, all while this app was struggling to work. When asking the staff, they didn’t bother helping and just left us be saying to restart the app. It never worked, and they never cared. I first attempted to pay direct with my Visa card which constantly got stuck in a technical issue. Then spent another 45minutes trying to add credit to my account to by pass this. Took several attempts but finally got money into the account. Went to order and didn’t allow me to select my regiojet pay account to pay for the items. Tried it on a separate phone but by the time we attempted to pay it told us that we are unable to create an order 40minutes before the trip was to finish. Horrible experience. Would be better if you could let people pay in person instead of forcing them onto the app that is super inconsistent. ### 1/5 — Buggy app and worst customer support *2025-06-20* App doesn’t work as expected and the crew and people at the reception not able to provide any more support or changes to booking that the app does. Avoid at all cost If you actually wanna reach your destination. Almost got stuck in foreign city because of Regiojet. It’s also absolutely asinine that the only way to order any refreshments is through the app. So when the app doesn’t work….. what do you? We managed to place the order and the money is deducted from my account, but we have not received the food! Train staff told us that the money will be refunded as the food was double sold and they don’t have our items.
