That was short lived. We replaced an HVAC condenser earlier this year and our vendor recommended Enerbank to finance it. I’ve made regular payments of 1/12 the balance but I receive no statements from them. Their website doesn’t provide the balance. And their customer service number isn’t open today and provides no option for checking our balance.
