That was short lived. You can’t access your accounts, make payments, transfer funds, etc. You can only start a loan application and receive status notifications of your approval or denial. ### 1/5 — Downloaded twice *2022-10-25, version 4.31* First time it was no use to me. No option to pay nor see my balance. Saw a link leading back here to see my balance but downloaded the second time and still no use to me. We replaced an HVAC condenser earlier this year and our vendor recommended Enerbank to finance it. I’ve made regular payments of 1/12 the balance but I receive no statements from them. Their website doesn’t provide the balance. And their customer service number isn’t open today and provides no option for checking our balance.
