Please bring back the feature that showed what my balance would be after pending transactions were completed. Before, when I made a deposit or used my card, the app would show the pending transaction and also a smaller amount underneath showing what my balance would be once everything posted.

That feature was extremely useful because I could immediately see how much money I would actually have available after all pending transactions cleared. Removing it makes it harder to keep track of my account and plan my spending. Please bring this feature back.

It doesn’t post the transaction on the correct date and it makes it confusing and stressful when looking at it and having to try and figure out what happened and what was spent when. I wish it would just post the exact date when you spend money on something instead of it taking a few days to process and go to my bank.

Do not use regions bank. Especially for a company account. They have cost me thousands of dollars because of their fraud prevention policies.

Ive lost count of the amount of the amount of times I’ve been unable to check my account due to some kind of maintenance or outage. App constantly crashing or having issues. Wish i picked a different bank

It’s frustrating that for how big of a bank regions is, the OLB does not let you filter transactions. I can’t even filter by debit card, let alone by type of transaction. Please fix this so your customers can actually track finances.

I am blind. I use the app through accessibility software called voiceover. Overall, the app works well with my software, however, it does not allow me to enter in dollar amounts in the Zelle section of the app.

Constantly getting error messages when logging in. I can log in just fine on my computer, but what is the point of having an app if it’s unusable??? It’s been like this for a month now.

I swear region seems like one of the worst banks around. How could you possibly lack such fundamentally important features? I want to set up auto pay on my credit card and they tell me I have to go into a branch to do that. Every other bank in the universe allows setting up auto pay with online banking or with the mobile app. Regions doesn’t allow either. What nonsense.
