Deposits fine once then next check doesn’t. Keyboard superimposes over the password box. Can’t switch out to other apps and back without a full login which is itself painful. This app absolutely suxs!!! every other time I try to log on I get the spinning wheel of death! ### 1/5 — FYI It's a legitimate scam *2025-12-17, version 2026.0.1* This app is not a legitimate Regions representative app. Please get in touch with your local branch to have them help you download the correct app. ### 1/5 — one of the worst apps i’ve ever used *2024-01-11, version 2022.0.5* as someone else wrote, it’s incredible how bad this app is. it can’t even add right. when depositing checks, it will tell you they don’t add up correctly, even when the app is showing you the correct total. finally leaving a review, as a new fun bug, or whatever, is the app and my phone’s camera are not cooperating, making depositing a check impossible. i get a “session interrupted” message (??). i guess there aren’t any programmers in alabama. ### 1/5 — Very bad *2023-08-08, version 2022.0.5* Still junk. Phones have all types of technology like facial scan and thumbprint but I have to remember a password and security question just to get in. What is Regions afraid off, someone getting my password and ID then depositing money in my account??? Once I use it the log out function does not work so if I have 2 deposits in 1 day I have to restart my phone. Can’t even login. Regions support trying to figure that out. Banking apps should be rock solid and this is not. ### 1/5 — Why is this even available *2021-04-30, version 1.0* At this point I assume it’s here to collect usernames and passwords. Great, now I gotta change that now. ### 1/5 — Avoid at all costs *2021-03-26, version 1.0* With the security features on the phones today, there is no reason I should have to type my username, password AND answer the security question every time I login in to the app. And the characters for the passwords are not even visible so you cannot tell if you mistyped. It has been a struggle at best to use, and the bank is directing us to use this because it is a cheaper than using a scanner in the office. Its UI looks like it was designed for an iPod Touch and it’s not even functional.
