## What is RegioRadStuttgart?

RegioRadStuttgart provides spontaneous and individual mobility throughout the Stuttgart region. Bicycles, pedelecs and cargo bikes are available at over 230 stations to get you from A to B quickly and easily. With RegioRadStuttgart, you can rent a bike at a low rate and flexibly around the clock. polygoCard holders can ride a bike for free for the first 30 minutes and a pedelec for free for the first 15 minutes - on every journey!

In addition to our bikes, there are pedelecs available for you to climb higher altitudes. At selected stations you can rent cargo bikes for shopping trips and to transport your children.

With the RegioRadStuttgart app, you can rent bikes, redeem voucher codes, view past bookings and report damage.

Never received verification text. Tried to register again with a different phone number but it said my email address was already registered. Unable to log in. Tried to reset password which it said was successful but didn’t let me log in with the newly set password either.

Katastrophe. Pausieren oder abgeben geht häufig erst nach mehrmaligem Versuchen. Es werden Fahrräder an Stationen angezeigt, die gar nicht da sind. Gerade in diesem Moment konnte ich eine Fahrt nicht pausieren, das Display sagt nur „Hotline anrufen“ -> die nicht mal existiert. 
Ob ich das Fahrrad später überhaupt wieder abgeben kann? Oder wird mir ein Preis für eine viel längere Fahrt abgebucht? 
Ich miete mir auf jeden Fall kein RegioRad mehr, das ist mir zu heikel.

Der Service an sich ist eine gute Idee und gerne würde ich ihn nutzen.

Aber meine Kreditkarte meiner Bank löst keinen Authentifizierungverfahren ein.

Wirklichen Hammer ist aber bei Benutzung einer EC Karte: man muss ernsthaft bei einem dubiosen Drittanbieter, seine Bank Anmeldedaten eingeben (Benutzer und Passwort der Bank). Was ich natürlich nicht mache.

Fazit, den Service, den ich wirklich gerne nutzen würde, kann ich unter diesen Umständen gar nicht nutzen. Ein Vertrauen, einem völlig unbekannten Drittanbieter gegenüber Bankdaten bekannt zu geben. Halte ich für fahrlässig.

Reservierungsgebühr von fünf Euro wird berechnet, obwohl das Fahrrad gar nicht da war! Anruf ist erfolgt, trotzdem wurden fünf Euro berechnet!

Mit dem Update der App und den neuen Rädern bei denen es nie Probleme mit der Rückgabe gibt, nutze ich RegioRad ständig, insbesondere da es kostenlos ist.

Minutenlang durch die Registrierung geklickt, nur um dann festzustellen, dass man nur mit irgendeiner Plastikkarte die Tür zu den Rädern öffnen kann, wie im vorigen Jahrhundert. Dabei einen Bus verpasst. Natürlich wird man weder in der App noch an der Station in Bissingen darauf hingewiesen - wohl aber die App beworben.

Mehrmaliges Anmelden - so oft musste ich meinen Namen/Adresse echt noch nie eingeben. 
Per Lastschriftverfahren funktioniert das schonmal garnicht. Also nur Kreditkarte 
Wenn man mal in der App ist, funktioniert das alles auch nur Semi Gut 😐 
Mein Freund waren gut 1h mit dem ganzen Rotz hier beschäftigt und einfach nur genervt-und das schon am Morgen! 
Ganz im Ernst liebe Leute - wenn man keine Ahnung von Apps etc hat, dann muss man es halt lassen und Leihfahrräder NICHT anbieten! 
Wir fahren dann heute nicht mit den Fahrrädern!!
