For me, the app felt so impersonal and frustrating. I couldn’t get through it. Nerva worked amazing for me though (fully off low FODMAP diet now!!) and was a wonderful experience.

I’ve had a long history of gut issues.  Although there were other pieces that led to my healing, Regulora was the last and most important piece.  (I say “last” because after participating in the entire program I no longer need any help with my gut!).  My only hope is that more people could hear about the benefits of hypnotherapy (right in the comfort of their home) and the mind/body’s connection with gut healing.
