The Rehabilitation Training app combines a scientifically developed rehabilitation process with a personalized training plan that helps you regain mobility, strengthen your body, and reduce pain - step by step, based on your progress and results.

You'll find programs designed to gradually restore healthy movement patterns, improve motor control, and increase strength.

Each step is designed to:

reduce pain,

improve mobility and stability,

strengthen key muscle groups,

and build lasting fitness and confidence in movement.

The app features a training calendar that acts as your personal planner when I've assigned you workouts. Clicking on the day's workout takes you directly to the first exercise in the program.

This way, you know exactly what to do and when - no confusion, guesswork, or loss of motivation.

Each exercise includes a photo and video so you can perfect your movement technique and avoid mistakes. During your workout, you can use:

a workout timer,

record sets, reps, weights, and time,

real-time progress monitoring.

The app automatically records your results, allowing you to accurately assess your progress.

Based on this information, the program adjusts subsequent steps so you can systematically strengthen your body, improve your posture, and reduce pain instead of returning to it.

The app integrates with Apple Health, allowing you to track your steps and calories burned, giving you a complete picture of your activity and fitness.
