### 5/5 — Best HEP App on the market!

*2013-12-23, version 2.5.1*

This takes the home exercise program to a completely new level. If you are a physical therapist and own an iPad, this app is a must have. Well worth the money!

- 3rd year DPT student.

### 5/5 — Best app on the market there is nothing else like this.

*2013-12-06, version 2.5.1*

I love this app!!! I hope that there will be an app for upper extremities and torso soon to follow.

### 5/5 — Very helpfull

*2013-07-22*

I recently broke my ankle and these apps make rehabilitation a lot more focussed.
Also with my wife having arthritis it is a great tool.

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2013-07-10*

This app is great, but I would love to have one for upper limbs as this one is only for lower limbs. But every thing else is awesome!!!

### 5/5 — Excellent app but costly

*2013-06-26, version 2.5.1*

As rehab apps go this is the premiere app for injury rehab but it's also $50 to own or $5/month and a space hog at nearly 1 GB. It looks as good as the other 3D apps and includes many videos.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2013-05-31, version 2.5.1*

This is the best physiotherapy app ever ..... I really hope that you decrease the in app purchase so I can afford it . And if you make an app for neuromuscular conditions that would be great :D thank you for this amazing app .

### 5/5 — Glad they fixed

*2013-05-01, version 2.5*

Update: with today's update I am happy to change my rating
For this app. The 49 in app fee to have full access is reasonable for a professional and the app is great for physical therapists. I wish the in app purchase was implemented earlier.

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2013-04-30, version 2.5*

I love this app and the fact that For a low monthly fee I can access all the information to help my clients. As a ACSM HFS and Medical Exercise Specialist this has been an excellent resource. One thing I want to make clear is that this app works and I am able to send my files in PDF to my clients and if you need assistance I will be more than ready to help. For those of you in the sports injury and rehab field get this app you won't be disappointed I can't wait to see what the have for upper body exercises.

### 5/5 — An Athletic Trainer Must!

*2013-04-29, version 2.0*

This app is a must for anyone working in a sports medicine rehabilitation field! I work with high school students and they love being able to watch video of an exercise and even search for new exercises to do!

### 5/5 — Amazing!

*2013-04-15*

I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and need to strengthen my lower body to help stabilize my joints and prevent injuries. I was having trouble keeping track of my rehabilitation and exercises, but this app has made it so much easier! I immediately subscribed - what a great bargain! I am so happy I found this app, and I hope to see an upper body one soon!

### 1/5 — Doesn’t open on iPad Pro

*2023-09-07*

App launches and disappears. Will not open on iPad Pro.

### 1/5 — Won't download

*2019-08-08, version 2.8.1*

Is this app still active?

### 1/5 — No updates for > year

*2015-12-15*

This app and its series seems to have been abandoned by 3D4. They seem to be heading towards subscriptions model.

### 2/5 — Ok

*2013-04-06*

This is another great app with fantastic interface, however it lets itself down having to pay for in app purchases, this came on the market to buy outright bring this back or make it an alternative option, also there are some conditions missing such as snapping hip aka dancers hip just as one example, other than this great idea but can end up being costly for information clinicians can get via Internet based resources, it maybe an advantage to introduce into the interface pre-loaded or recommended exercise programmes to make things a little faster and Easier otherwise would be a 5star app

### 4/5 — Great app with Limitations

*2013-07-14, version 2.5.1*

The PDF thats generated is whats limiting this app. You should at least have a series of pics to show a detailed path on how to execute the movement. One pic which is HUGE on the page is not worth giving to my clients because its going to put more work on me (having to explain in detail how to do the movement).

I suggest having a PDF that generates more than a couple of exercises per page and when they click or tap on the pic...a link takes them to a vid of how to perform the movement.

Combining the power of the Fitnessbuilder App and this App...you have an industry changer!

Also, there should be included the common muscular imbalances seen in NASM's Corrective Exercise Specialist certification...that would reach more people than PT's.

### 4/5 — Great app with fixed price!

*2013-05-16, version 2.5.1*

Not sure why anyone would opt the subscription version. Nonetheless full version is awesome. Glad they change the buying option. Thank you!

### 5/5 — Love it

*2019-03-21, version 2.8.1*

I am an Athletic Trainer for a High School so I use this ALL the time for my athletes/patients. I really hope they create a Upper Body one soon because I know I would use it just as much!

### 5/5 — Great app!!!

*2019-01-01*

REALLY hoping an upper body one will be released soon??

### 5/5 — Informative, indispensable, invaluable….

*2016-07-11, version 2.8.1*

A great resource to have at your fingertips. I use with all my clients and it truly is an excellent tool to use for patient education. I use to rely on images and posters on my office wall but this app replaces all of those ‘stone-age’ resources. Must have app.

### 5/5 — Wonderfull App! What's next?

*2014-12-02, version 2.8*

Love this APP! Great for use in PT practice! Will an upper extremity or trunk spine app be surfacing anytime soon?

## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Dr

*2014-11-27*

Great

### 5/5 — A great resource and must have app

*2014-11-18, version 2.8*

As a PT, I find this app a great resource when interacting with my clients. I can select a muscle with the tap of a button and all relevant information will appear, instantly - injury information, comprehensive videos for all the exercises. You can also create PDF’s of routines and e-mail to clients. This feature itself adds so much value to the app. My clients love it, I love it, you will love it too! I hope they will develop an upper limbs version too. I’d like to add to my collection.

### 5/5 — Must have!

*2014-10-25*

Love this app! When is the upper limb being added? I was wondering if the developer could add a section to add timing of a stretch in the routine section of the app! It has everything else!

### 5/5 — Another huge hit!!

*2014-07-30, version 2.6*

3D4Medical has created another powerful tool for interacting with my clients. This app will not only allow users to target specific problems with the correct exercise, but also creates an opportunity for experienced therapists to learn new techniques for increasing strength and mobility.
The feature that allows you to make your own routines is incredible, and allows for tailor made exercises for individual clients. To further enhance this feature, you are then able to email a PDF to your client, adding value to your services, and continuity to mobility care plans.
PT's,massage therapists or for that matter anyone interested in mobility would benefit hugely from this app. It is well thought out, easy to navigate, and superbly executed.

### 5/5 — Worth it

*2014-04-13, version 2.6*

Just what i needed to give my clients and myself guided exercises. Please make one for upper body too. Thanks!

### 5/5 — Great app

*2014-02-05, version 2.5.1*

This is an excellent tool to explain others a well exercise rehab program to follow at home . It has a good explanation of every exercise, injury and has an option to personalize it. Videos even make it much easier and illustrative. Thanks for makes this innovative way of rehabilitation.
