If your physical therapist or clinic has enrolled you in Rehabity, this app is your daily companion for staying on track with your home exercise program and staying connected to your care team between appointments.

WHO IT'S FOR
Rehabity is provided by physical therapy clinics to their own patients; it isn't a general fitness app. You'll need an invitation from your clinic or therapist to create an account. If you're starting a program with a Rehabity clinic, your therapist will send you a sign-up link by email.
