Designed to support your recovery journey, RehabLex makes it easier to follow your exercises at home, track your progress, and build healthy habits over time.

With RehabLex, you can:

RehabLex is designed to help users stay consistent with guided movement and exercise routines by making assigned programs clearer, more accessible, and easier to follow.

Your exercise program is created and managed by your healthcare professional, ensuring that what you see in the app is tailored to your individual needs.

Users do not independently access or select exercises within the app. All exercise programs are shared and assigned by your healthcare professional using the RehabLex Provider app named as "RehabLex", following consultation.
