RehabLex helps physical therapists and other healthcare providers to create personalized home exercise programs, manage patient profiles, and track progress in one secure platform.

Therapists can quickly build structured exercise plans, assign programs to patients, and monitor adherence through simple daily feedback. The app includes a growing exercise library available in English and Arabic, with the option to upload custom exercises.

We've redesigned the Home Exercise Program Builder  for a cleaner and more intuitive experience. After creating a Home Exercise Program, you'll now be guided through a smooth flow to connect it to a patient account. The app now automatically syncs your time zone so reminders and timestamps are always accurate. Patient feedback is now tracked as seen once reviewed, making it easier to manage unread responses. We also fixed a bug where saving a HEP as a template would sometimes fail.
