## What is Rehably?

Rehably helps you follow your rehabilitation program at home, exactly as prescribed by your physiotherapist. You’ll get a clear, personalized plan with professional HD exercise videos, so you always know what to do and how to do it.

Each exercise includes voice guidance and subtitles to support correct execution. Open your plan on your phone or tablet, complete your sessions, and keep your recovery routine simple and consistent.

As you train, Rehably tracks your completed sessions and progress over time. Your physiotherapist can monitor adherence and outcomes remotely and update your program when needed, so your plan stays aligned with your recovery.

What you can do with Rehably:
