Really? Can’t fix your login issues? How is this on the App Store? Rehab companies need to stop paying this company. ### 1/5 — Not happy *2022-10-26* Network error over and over when trying to change password. Called the 877 number for tech support repeatedly but only got busy signal. Called the support line on day 1 and there was a recorded message that they were aware and working on it. 6 days out and they still can’t resolve a connection issue? They worst part of this is I cannot track the progress of my Mom’s rehabilitation from out of state. When I call the Rehabilitation Center that gave me the information for this, they told me that everything should be on this app. When I tell them it doesn’t work, they give me the same number to call which I never get a response from basically passing the buck. Apparently the rehab centers that use this have no service level agreements so this company gets free money for doing nothing. ### 1/5 — Worked for one day. *2021-06-15* Worked for one day and it was awesome.
