Really? Can’t fix your login issues? How is this on the App Store? Rehab companies need to stop paying this company. ### 1/5 — Not happy *2022-10-26* Network error over and over when trying to change password. Called the 877 number for tech support repeatedly but only got busy signal. Call yourself or find a better option ### 1/5 — Does Not Work and No Support *2021-06-26* I have tried for the past 6 days to login and get the message that there is a “Networking Error, Couldn’t connect to server”. Called the support line on day 1 and there was a recorded message that they were aware and working on it. 6 days out and they still can’t resolve a connection issue? They worst part of this is I cannot track the progress of my Mom’s rehabilitation from out of state. When I call the Rehabilitation Center that gave me the information for this, they told me that everything should be on this app. When I tell them it doesn’t work, they give me the same number to call which I never get a response from basically passing the buck. Apparently the rehab centers that use this have no service level agreements so this company gets free money for doing nothing. ### 1/5 — Worked for one day. *2021-06-15* Worked for one day and it was awesome. After that none of the family can login anymore. We tried everything. It allows you to ask questions and it allows you to request photos of the patient in action. There is a sense of participating in her recovery from afar. This article further explain about using a phone and apps that patients and health care provider can use to track their rehab goals. At a glance, i think this app might be beneficial for my rehab unit in a hospital where I am working now. My question is that is this app can be used outside of kindred rehab system?
