## What is Rehearso?

You know the conversation you keep replaying in your head?

Rehearso helps first-time and newly promoted managers practice tough workplace conversations before they happen for real.

Give feedback. Set a boundary. Say no clearly. Address a missed commitment. Try the words, hear the pushback, adjust your approach, and go again—without being handed one “perfect” script.

Practice the first 30 seconds

The beginning often decides where a conversation goes. Rehearse your opening until it feels clear, calm, and natural in your own voice.

Choose a real workplace scenario

Explore 24 guided scenarios across feedback, boundaries, saying no, and accountability. Practice situations managers actually face, from expanding scope and missed deadlines to after-hours messages and difficult performance conversations.

Bring the conversation on your mind

Describe what is happening, who you need to speak with, and what a useful outcome would look like. Rehearso turns your situation into a focused practice session built around the moment you are preparing for.

Role-play realistic pushback

Practice with an AI counterpart that responds to what you actually say. Try a warmer opening, hold your boundary, clarify a trade-off, or recover when the conversation takes an unexpected turn.

Get feedback you can use

See what worked, where your message lost clarity, and what to try next. Feedback is connected to your responses—not a generic leadership score or a rigid communication formula.

Keep your authentic voice

Rehearso helps you become clearer, not more scripted. Compare different openings, revise the wording, and keep the version that still sounds like you.

Walk in with a plan

Save your opening, intention, boundary, and next step. Schedule the conversation and run a quick warm-up when the real moment gets close.

See your confidence grow

Track progress across rehearsals, revisit important moments, and practice again whenever a conversation still feels unfinished.

Designed for the moment before

Use voice or text whenever you have a few quiet minutes—before a 1:1, performance conversation, client call, difficult meeting, or unexpected workplace situation.

Privacy with context

Rehearso does not need your employer’s name to personalize your practice. Clear privacy notices explain when AI is used, and locally saved practice data can be deleted from the app.

Rehearso is a professional communication and leadership practice tool. It is not therapy, legal advice, or an emergency service.

Some AI practice sessions and advanced features require Rehearso Pro or rehearsal credits. Available options and pricing are always shown before purchase.
