Not any longer. They do not help answer questions, they leave you with more, they don’t slow down to listen they just rush you on to the next phone call. This company lost the meaning of customer first, otherwise you will loose your business completely. People will no longer trust and or want to be apart of your company at all. My suggestion is just learn some manners or hire back the people you used to have because they had heart and they were good and made your company what it was. GOOD! And you guys are destroying that by not listening to the people that pay for your jobs, your customers. So be kind. I’m not saying this is every person there. But it is a rare person I have come across on the phone that has been kind. And for those that have been that way, thank you. You actually make a difference. And bless you for working in the place you do. ### 1/5 — Used to be good *2026-05-06, version 315.4.0* Uses AI to audit every direct payment to hospital and denies everything. ### 1/5 — Better Than Mail? *2022-01-10, version 10.1.0* Almost every time I’ve had to resubmit the receipt even though a previous one with the same info was accepted once but not the next time. It’s frustrating knowing that I put the money in and it’s hard to get out out. Also it tends to duplicate words so I spend time trying to delete them (and it seems like there are a hundred duplicates). Really frustrating. ### 1/5 — Used to be good. Latest update is trash *2021-05-20, version 8.2.1002* What happened to the receipt organizer? Why can’t I upload photos from my phone? The only option for submitting a receipt now is to take a photo at the time of submission. This doesn’t work for electronic payments - which is the majority of my payments. Submitting a claim on my phone will now only work if I have my phone and a computer at the same time. ### 1/5 — Repetitive entry requests and no memory *2019-10-26, version 6.3.200* A ridiculously specific reimbursement app that asks the same questions in multiple ways. It has no memory of past entries—so you’re always starting from scratch. The date function would be better with a pop up calendar that defaults to one day of service instead of entering twice. I mean, come on, most medical bills are for a single day of service. It makes you choose what the service is for AND then asks you to describe the service! I have used several HSA reimbursement apps from different providers over the years and this one is the worst. Oh, yeah, it has a place for you to choose who the service was for and if you choose anyone other than the policy owner (family plan) it tells you the entry is invalid. Why do you even have that as choice? Just a crappy app. The only good thing about it that you can take a picture of your receipts to send instead of scanning it. Thanks. ### 1/5 — DOES NOT WORK FOR MY 4s *2013-12-31, version 4.0* This app was recommended by my FSA company. After I installed the app the main page showed only my FSA account. There was no option to file a claim as the app screenshot mislead. I couldn't file a claim nor upload in files. Basically this app is an account manager. Not very helpful ### 3/5 — App is very clunky *2026-02-19, version 310.17.0* App has several of inefficient features. For example, when it forces you to change your PW it will not show you what you’ve typed or what’s been autofilled. When you input a new reimbursement request it asks you to define a start and end date and it would be much quicker if the end date auto-changed to the same date as the start date bs the user having to re-input the same date again.
