Это не сбой, а налог с продаж в США: App Store добавляет его к цене каждой звезды прямо при оплате. Если план построен без налога, списания выходят чуть больше запланированного — и на последний платёж средств уже не хватает, отсюда ошибка. Чтобы выйти ровно в 0, включите на главном экране переключатель «Добавить налог» и укажите точную ставку для вашего платёжного адреса (штат + округ + город — её можно посмотреть в письме-чеке от App Store о любой прошлой покупке). Тогда Rei заранее считает каждую звезду уже с налогом. В ближайшем обновлении сделаем этот шаг обязательным и заметным, чтобы такое не повторялось. Хотелось бы обратить внимание на то, что он не отражает работу нашего приложения. Очень жаль, что вас застало врасплох то, о чём написано в описании, в FAQ и в баннерах внутри приложения (к слову, переведённых на все доступные языки). 3 цента — это меньше минимальной цены в App Store, поэтому ни одно приложение физически не может их списать: продавать что-то дешевле просто нельзя.
