Have used it twice; both times useless except to take my money and tell my dependent to either see family doctor or go to ED. Don’t waste your time nor money

I waited 45 minutes and was next in line. At 9:03pm the doctors assistant text me through the app to say the doctor was no long available and I’d have to start over. I understand if it is the end of a shift but the app/assistant should be intuitive/cognizant to this and reroute patients when the shift change is near for a doctor. This is poor service.

I was hesitant to use a telehealth visit. Chelsea helped me through the steps with my iPhone. She was very helpful and pleasant.
Once connected to Dr. Yancey all my hesitation was gone. Dr. Yancey was very pleasant, patient, thorough and professional.

I really appreciate the option of using the Reid Now app. In the current pandemic atmosphere, it was a comfort to be able to have our follow up appointment as a virtual visit. It was a great!

I've been dealing with sinus issues for a week, and it wasn't getting better after a full day of rest. I don't have time to go to a doctors office this week, so this app saved me! Dr. Foster was great and I'm able to get medication for my sinus infection without leaving home. What a winner- highly recommend!
