But suddenly you can’t pick any items for a Built Your Own Salad? Cool...

Regardless of order time and acceptance it seems like I’m always waiting for food to be ready. Seems like some sort of communication breakdown? Idk but it’s much less convenient than it could be. 

The actual technology seems to be great so I suspect this is an implementation issue at the restaurant.
