I do not understand this game, I think it’s ridiculously overrated.  No matter what you, do no matter how hard you try, you fail every single time.  I’ve tried every strategy you can even with AI assistance and you still fail, it’s essentially just brainless swiping because it doesn’t matter what you do, there’s no thought or strategy involved.   It’s not fun.

I know it’s an old game now but it’s not optimised for taller screens so in portrait mode somethings go off the screen. Would be great if we had an option to fix that.

Viel zu Random, sodass es unfair ist. Keine Chance. Es ist unlogisch und kaum zu steuern. Eigentlich per Definition kein Spiel, sondern eine Beschäftigung. Die aber sehr frustrierend sein kann. Eigentlich Zeitverschwendung.

Honestly, I find this game to be a lot more engaging than Lapse. I’ve only just started, but the cards are a lot more fun overall, and the game is visually more refined and a total pleasure to look at (and Lapse already was refined and pretty).

That being said, although there’s little reason to access the settings menu, doing so locks the game in landscape mode for me, even with rotation lock enabled/disabled. There’s a line in the settings menu that says Portrait Mode. It says so even when the game is locked in Landscape mode. The text doesn’t seem to be something you can interact with, and the game doesn’t return to portrait even once you exit the settings menu.

That aside, the game’s great so far! Worth the $3 for the bundle with this game and its sequel :)

The game tricks you into having fun with its lore. The actual gameplay is purely based on memorization of the choices on the cards. Success is purely based on rng.

There is a victory condition that requires a moon logic puzzle. So it is NOT a strategy game advertised. You were lied to. Much like how in game the game lies to you regarding the effects of decisions.

Cool concept executed well, I had fun. However I don’t like the fact the king can die from things out of the players control, like chocking at a dinner party. All round great game though.

Все круто, но долго править пока не выходит )

При переходе в настройки, игра разворачивается в горизонтальное положение и не обратно не возвращается, пока не перезайдешь, поправьте пожалуйста.

Game seems like it would be fun if you could play it for more than a minute at a time without needing to force close and reopen. Eventually makes the entire device hang up. Probably a memory leak or some other issue that needs to be patched by the developer. Disappointing.

Il gioco é molto bello ma su iphone 15 pro si fatica a giocare, le carte coprono il testo, spesso l’orientamento passa automaticamente a orizzontale e diventa minuscolo… problemi che non si possono perdonare affatto su un gioco a pagamento.

Game makes no sense & is awful. The interface is so minimalistic that it makes it so you can’t tell how your choices are going to impact things, and the combat and dungeon sections are incomprehensible. Can’t believe I wasted money on this.

J’ai acheté ce jeu en Mai 2025, et j’adore ! L’intrigue du jeu est superbe, Le fait qu’on peut jouer Roi après roi est génial, les faits royaux et les memento mori sont notamment incroyables, Bref, un très bon jeu ! Ce jeu vaut clairement le coup !
PS: il y a en revanche quelques bugs à corriger :
-L’image de l’homoncule est trop large (quand le docteur nous le présente et qu’on obtient le fait royal "le Sage")
-Dans la version française, le fait du roi concernant la taverne ("The Urban : Crash the party" en Anglais) n’apparaît, il est présent mais il n’y a aucune phrase ni titre du fait.

This game is an absolute masterpiece. The punishments for incorrectly making your decisions are so creative. And the way they incorporate subtle hints and clues at relations between other characters like the executioner and Mat is simply so one of the best. It deserves its award and hopefully it will continue to be on of the greatest online card games ever.

A great fun title with a medieval backdrop where you play as a king and are give choices on how to govern.  The way these choices are presented are given to you by a card where you either swipe left or right with choices on either side.  You have 4 different meters that represent you kingdom and will need to keep them balanced based on your choices.  Give more power to the Church but less to the military and you might a religious overthrow or maybe you run out of gold from spending too much on upkeep and your royal court exile you…the choices are endless and the results are brutal but see how long you can rule and if you die then you move on to a new king and maybe you govern different.  This game is a great amount of fun and very to easy to pick up.  Def worth checking out if you are a fan of card games with a more casual approach but still engaging nonetheless <3

Ce jeu est tout bonnement incroyable, il est varié vous donne de la réflexion sur les décisions et les cartes sont très belles et différentes. Cependant la dernière mise à jour date d’il y’a 5 ans , j’espère que si le studio voit ce commentaire, il pensera à nous et ajoutera de nouvelles cartes et de nouvelles mécaniques. Mais sinon très très bon jeu je RECOMMANDE à 200 % 👍👍👍👍👍

Отличная игра.
Приятный дизайн, оригинальное решение игрового интерфейса.
Захватывает «отстраненностью» своего сюжета и неочевидностью последствий некоторых решений.
Однако, это одноразовая игра. Проходя первый раз сюжетную линию можно много чего упустить. Второй раз, как по мне, даётся исправить ошибки. Но на третий игра очень сильно надоедает.
Советую приобрести продолжения, если понравилась игра, в них сохраняется динамичность и живой интерес.

Uno dei giochi piuttosto originali e ben fatti che si può giocare. Adoro le scene di combattimento veramente ben fatte. Unica cosa che cambierei forse sono la quantità di dialoghi infatti dopo un po iniziano a ripetersi.
