## What is Reiki Companion?

Make a little space for your Reiki practice.

Reiki Companion brings illustrated example positions, a gentle session timer and short Usui Reiki I–III learning references together in one calm place.

PRACTICE AT YOUR OWN PACE
Choose self-practice or a non-contact session with someone else. Follow written placement guidance alongside warm illustrations. Start with the three-minute position timer, adjust the duration, and use pause or skip whenever you need. Settings remain available while a session is paused.

A GENTLE SOUNDTRACK
Set the atmosphere with original bamboo-inspired tones, singing-bowl-inspired sounds or soft rain. A bell cues the next position. Music follows session pause and finish. Background alerts require notification permission and may be affected by device settings.

KEEP YOUR LEARNING CLOSE
Revisit short refreshers on presence, consent, Reiki precepts, traditional concepts, symbols and responsible practice. Four symbol reference summaries help you revisit your own training; symbol drawings and stroke order are not included.

A PRIVATE PLACE TO REFLECT
Keep personal reflections and training notes on your device. Export or delete them in Settings. No advertising, tracking or account registration.
