Since useing this app i have slept a lot better as iv always had trouble and I wake up feeling a lot calmer in myself I use many meditation apps but I have to say this one is the one by far the best one as I suffer with anxiety n depression and it has really helped me so much if I could I would give 5out of 20 score as it’s absolutely worth listening to ❤️

I found this app years ago when I was doing research on how alternative therapies could help to treat symptoms of PTSD. At the time I was suffering from frequent panic attacks associated with PTSD triggers of my own. My therapist had told me that meditation could help me to learn to be more mindful within the moment and, thus, ideally lessening the severity of the anxiety attacks. Unfortunately I've never been very successful with meditations on my own, and in the midst of an anxiety attack it surely didn't work. The guided feature in this app however, has helped me calm down and come out of a PTSD episode more times than I care to admit.
I mostly used the relaxation track to help treat my PTSD and anxiety at first. But I've also downloaded several of the other available tracks. I always try to pick one that's relevant to what is currently stressing me out, and turn it on before I go to bed. When I wake up in the morning I can definitely feel a shift in the energies within my body and a reduced stress response as well.
Also, I am a Fitness Professional and Pilates Instructor, and I recommend this app when ever I can to my clients. I believe that the mind-body-spirit connection must be found in order to reach any fitness or health goals.

It's been years since I've been able to sleep for more than 30 minutes straight. Now, with the hypothesis apps., I'm sleeping 5 hours straight for the first time in a long time.  You can't even imagine how that affects everything in your body. I really hope that it keeps working, it's life changing getting that R. E. M. sleep and it's so important to our well being, I have been sick for a long time and maybe this is my miracle, and not just this app. , I have about 25 hypnosis apps. And pick a different one each night. Thank you.

Its a great relaxation recording.  Puts me to sleep and calms me completely.  However, i bought 5 in app add ons and i cant get any of them to play.  No matter what i do i can only get the original relaxation recording.  At 4$ a session, Im rather disappointed and hope they fix this....
