The flow is simple: a quiet prelude, a bell at each set interval, and an automatic finish. It tells you by sound when to move on to the next position during a treatment or meditation session.

I had to figure out how to use it because the instructions are in only partial English. However this is otherwise a well done app, suitable for my needs. Just wish there were no ads. I’d pay a couple dollars just to get rid of them but there’s no option for that.

Sound doesn’t work with ios 13.1.1 
If you connect the ipad to an external speaker through bluetooth than the sound works. But with ipad speakers it doesn’t work.
