## What is Reimbursement Packet Studio?

Reimbursement Packet Studio is a one-time paid App Store app and local-first reimbursement workspace for employees, freelancers, and small teams who need to prepare expense claim packets before sending them to a manager, finance team, or client.

Create reimbursement packets with claimant, team, reviewer, finance stage, trip or project code, business purpose, merchants, categories, reimbursable amounts, owners, proof state, due date, policy notes, payout notes, task progress, category totals, proof-gap review, submission blocker status, next approval task, blocked reimbursement amount, and a copy-ready packet summary.

This app is distinct from generic receipt storage, rebate tracking, refund/warranty claim prep, petty-cash closeout, or shared-expense splitting. It focuses on manual reimbursement readiness: missing receipts, proof gaps, reviewer assignment, manager/finance stages, policy notes, payout notes, and a clean handoff packet for an existing reimbursement process.
