Example: You go to pt 4 times in a month, and your pt provides one superbill for that month... you still need to pay for "4 claims" even though insurance processes it as one claim. I've also had trouble getting Reimbursify to follow up on a claim submission, or resubmit. That said, when I submit through reimbursify, I often see the claim appear on insurance a few days later. ### 5/5 — Finally! *2025-08-07, version 36.0* Finally something about healthcare is easy and efficient! He is definitely getting scammed paying for such a terrible product. Reimbursify worked fine until I changed insurance policies. I have been in back and forth support with their customer care team trying to fix this for a year. No matter what, my old insurance information keeps reverting back. It's just laughable. You are better off submitting your own claims, so there is a record of it in your insurance company's system, and you can know for sure they were submitted. ### 1/5 — An absolute scam *2026-01-23, version 36.0* My doctors office had Reimbursify as an option on their site so I figured it was the best way to file my claim. As I worked on it I wondered why it was making me file so much separately even for a single visit. Then, it didn't file my claim and kept it in "drafts" forcing me to download this app. Once I did, I realized it wanted to charge me per claim after a certain amount. After wasting time with Reimbursify, I went direct to my insurance company site. It was easier, faster, and, of course, free. This is basically a scam! Check your insurance site first! Claims are rejected because of this and they don’t notify you. Claims submitted are frequently lost, claims done incorrectly, no live support to help w troubleshooting (and when you do reach out, company is unresponsive for weeks)… also, the plethora of recent 5* reviews here seems super suspicious- prior to Aug 2, reviews were few and far between, yet between 8/2- 8/9 there are suddenly 37 (!!!) 5* reviews (most of which were done on 8/2, 8/3, 8/6 & 8/7)?? I’d get an email from reimbusify saying they were delivered to my insurance. Finally when I didn’t hear anything from my insurance I contacted my insurance and the claims had NOT been submitted. I contacted reimbursify customer service, they continually told me they had been submitted. I finally submitted them myself. Then I received an email saying they weren’t submitted because BCBS NY has different regulations and had rejected them. My insurance is BCBS Illinois. Regardless, they argued they had submitted them when in fact the claims had been rejected. They refuse to return my money, but now want to submit the claims the correct way - I already submitted them directly to the insurance. It’s very easy, submit them yourself and avoid the stress this app causes. So many issues I don't even know where to begin. My biggest complaint is that their customer service completely ghosted me, after begging them to rectify a situation in which literally THOUSANDS of dollars were sent to three providers (across the country) when they have normally always gone straight to me if I submit myself. Insurance is already such a nightmare and I really thought this would help, but it's caused 10000% times more stress than if I never even bothered. I am BEYOND disappointed and want my money back, but that will never happen because it's as if I never existed. What a piece of absolute garbage this company is. Do not waste your time or money. ### 1/5 — Does not function as promised *2025-03-17* I have contacted Reimbursify multiple times to resolve an issue with the format in which they are submitting my claims to the health insurance company. Reimbursify claims that they have no issues with other customers submitting claims to this insurer. I explained and provided evidence from the insurer reflecting the fact that the insurer cannot process the claims in the format that Reimbursify is using. I understand that Reimbursify cannot use the exact same form, but that is not a solution. I paid for a service and the app is not working for me and requested a refund for the credits that I purchased and had to manually resubmit. Suddenly, Reimbursify stopped responding to my inquiries. These are unfair trade practices now that Reimbursify is aware of the issue evidenced by letters from the insurers. I am not saying that this app does not work for anyone. I am saying that it does not work with the insurer that I use and knowing that, Reimbursify is refusing to refund monies paid in exchange for a good or service that is not performing.
