## What is Rein?

Take back your time. Rein blocks the apps that eat your day, for real: no "one more minute" and no one-tap snooze. When you need a break, you ask for it in the app, and it counts.

FOCUS WITH ONE TAP
• Quick block: start a focus session in one tap, open-ended, on a timer or with Pomodoro (25/5)
• To stop early, press and hold, so you don't end it on impulse
• Follow the countdown on your Lock Screen with a Live Activity, or start a session right from a widget

BLOCKS THAT FIT YOUR DAY
• Schedules: block apps while you study, work or sleep, on the days you choose
• Daily time limits: 45 minutes of social media a day, and then they lock
• Open limits: allow a few opens a day, 5 to 15 minutes each, started from Rein
• Block apps, whole categories and websites

TIGHT REIN, FOR WHEN WILLPOWER ISN'T ENOUGH
• Your blocks stay put until the condition you choose is met: a timer, your schedules, a cooldown wait, plugging in your charger, a PIN held by someone you trust, or your own key (a QR code or barcode)
• Optionally stop yourself from deleting apps, installing new ones or changing the time
• There is always a way out: an emergency exit that takes longer each time you use it

FAIR BREAKS
• Up to 3 five-minute truces a day, requested from the app after a short wait, never from the block screen

A BLOCK SCREEN THAT'S YOURS
• Pick a style, an icon and your own message
• It tells you why the app is blocked and until when, and how many times you reached for it today

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
• Screen time by day, week and trend, split into distracting, neutral and productive
• Time won back, urges stopped and a daily streak
• Widgets for your Home Screen and Lock Screen

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Built on Apple's Screen Time: your usage data never leaves your iPhone, not even to us
• No ads in the app, and your screen time is never used for advertising
• Optional account (Apple or Google) to back up your blocks and streak

REIN PREMIUM
Quick block, truces, Tight Rein and up to 3 blocks are free. Premium unlocks unlimited blocks and every Tight Rein method (charger, someone else's PIN and your key). Choose yearly with a 7-day free trial, monthly, or a one-time lifetime purchase. If you start a trial, we remind you two days before it ends.
