I’ve downloaded this app early and I think that’s part of the reason why I got the money. I’ve had TikTok for years and this is more money than I’ve had gotten with TikTok because TikTok does not pay Canadian creators. I am really happy with being paid of course but besides that this app is not the most up-to-date app I’ve seen in the world, of course. There are bugs and issues within the app for example, I am unable to see any of the videos I’ve posted for whatever reason, even though there were various updates. This is ridiculous. Be very, very careful with this app and they don’t even let you withdraw your money until you’re at $20. Stupid app fraud be careful I’m still gonna fight for my seven dollars and I’m gonna fight for my $15.92 that I have with them cause they don’t even wanna pay you unless you have $20 nobody wants to give stars to anybody it’s a stupid app and whoever owns it needs to be shut down and you guys are a bunch of thieves. ### 1/5 — Steer Clear!!! *2026-07-14, version 8.1* My experience with Reinbow has been extremely disappointing. I purchased gifts for a creator, my payment was accepted, but the creator never received the payout. Instead of resolving the issue or issuing a refund, my account was terminated. I repeatedly asked customer support to identify the specific section of their published Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, or Anti-Fraud Policy that I allegedly violated. Despite multiple requests, they never identified a provision that prohibited my conduct or explained why my payment was retained after the creator's payout was withheld. When a platform accepts your money but neither delivers the intended benefit nor provides a clear explanation based on its published policies, it raises serious concerns about transparency and customer service.
