## What is REIS?

REIS is the paper expense report every driver fills in, moved into the phone. Built for long-haul truckers, bus and van drivers and forwarders who have to account for the money they were given.

WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET
No account, no sign-up, no server. Every trip, receipt and photo stays on your phone. At a border, in a dead zone, on roaming — the app behaves exactly as it does at home.

AN EXPENSE IN TEN SECONDS
Category, amount, currency — that is all. The receipt is photographed on the spot, so nothing has to be dug out of the glovebox later. Cash and card are counted separately.

HONEST MONEY
REMAINING = ISSUED − SPENT IN CASH. Card spending is shown on its own and never touches the balance. Currencies are never added together: euro apart, leu apart, złoty apart.

A TRIP IN THREE STEPS
A vehicle, a route and a date are enough to start. Stops, cargo, odometer and the advance can be added on the way. A run you drive often starts from a template.

A REPORT THAT IS ACCEPTED
A PDF in the shape of a real expense report, or an Excel sheet for the accountant. The file is built on the device and goes out to a messenger, e-mail or cloud in one tap.

ALSO INSIDE
• Odometer readings and distance in the report
• Statistics by category and currency
• Reminders: a receipt without a photo, an overdue return, overspending
• Backup as a single file
• Light and dark theme, eight languages
• Passcode lock

FREE AND PRO
Free: one open trip, the last three finished ones, one driver and one vehicle. REIS Pro lifts the limits and unlocks PDF and Excel export, statistics, the full archive, custom categories and templates.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-25

• New Year offer: REIS Pro costs less until 31.12.2026 — shown once
• The home screen is yours to arrange: four ready designs and block-by-block settings, every choice shown
• The trip, the money, recent expenses, category tiles and the expense buttons can each be switched off
• The bottom bar comes two ways: five tabs, or four around a round «+»
• The «+» writes an expense straight away, and offers to start a trip when there is none
• «Trips» now has a new-trip button
• The trip card shows every currency: issued, spent, remaining
• A new «Reports» tab in a trip; the route moved into «Overview»; finish and delete sit at its foot
• A trip currency can be added from the currency row itself
• A category tile opens the expense form with that category already chosen
• Fixed: the amount overlapped the block beside it at large system text sizes

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-19

• «Trip money» on the home screen: issued, spent and remaining, every currency at once
• Home-screen widgets: the trip figures and a one-tap expense button
• A new welcome screen
• The trip list now shows the plate, the duration and card spending
• Trip cards can be switched to a short form in settings
• Expense categories can be dragged into any order
• Theme and language are picked visually; switches show what they turn on
• Amounts drop empty decimals: 800 rather than 800.00
• Smooth transitions between screens
• Fixed the time-on-the-road counter, the currency shown on the card, and restoring purchases

### 1.0 — 2026-09-18
