It is also easy to buy multiple tickets, which is more than I can say for the Finnish app (HSL). However, the map it provides is not very helpful. I found it easier to navigate to the actual stations using AppleMaps, then use Rejsebillet for buying the tickets. ### 1/5 — Unbrauchbar für Deutsche *2026-06-29* Scheinbar haben die Entwickler keine Lust auf deutsche Kunden. Mit deutscher Mobilfunknummer ist eine Registrierung auch im Juni 2026 nicht möglich. Mehrere Versuche wurden seit einer Woche unternommen. Es gibt Physische Tickets in einigen Regionen nicht mehr käuflich zu erwerben! Zweimal kann man ihn nochmal anfordern, dann heißt es maximal drei Versuche innerhalb 24h. Soll man jetzt schwarzfahren? Wie soll man sich da anmelden, um die App zu nutzen? So sind wir gezwungen am Automaten Fahrkarten zu kaufen. Sehr schlechter Service. After two retries the error message appeared ### 1/5 — Foreign Registration failed *2026-06-10* Like many users reported already, the registration of a foreign phonenumber is not working. No alternative registration (e.g. via Email) possible. You can call a danish phone number for support instead. Damit ist die App funktionslos. :-( ### 1/5 — Touristen sind nicht willkommen *2026-07-27* Man möchte einfach als Tourist ein paar Tage in einer der modernsten Städten Europas den dortigen Öffentlichen Nahverkehr nutzen. Bei einer ersten Recherche im Internet findet man Hinweise zu dieser App. Man denkt cool, eine App und ich kann mir Tickets für Öffis in ganz Dänemark bequem mit dem Mobiltelefon kaufen. Ganz ohne Anstehen am Automaten oder Schalter. Leider scheitert es dann aber schon an einer Registrierung per SMS. Alternativen zur Registrierung sind nicht vorgesehen. Dann stellt man fest, dass man nicht der Einzige ist. Das Problem, SMS an ausländische aber durchaus europäische Mobilfunknummern zu senden, besteht seit Monaten. Keine Idee warum. Kein Hinweis wann das behoben wird. Ob es überhaupt behoben wird? Bleibt nur die Hoffnung, dass es noch Tickets am Automaten gibt und dort meine ausländische Visa akzeptiert wird.
