Every time I book a rekab it never comes to pick me up or always comes 10 minutes late

Keeps on leaving each time I order, I’m outside my house and he just leaves then when I go back to order a new one he comes back and leaves again. They abuse my time. 0/10 app it takes 45 min for the to just drive 1 mile
