Запись и расшифровка звонков

Приложение установила в первую очередь для записи звонков клиентов. Постоянно пользуюсь расшифровкой наших диалогов, чтобы сразу найти информацию о заказе. Программа работает нормально, не лагает на старой iOS, так что благодарю за такое отличное приложение.

Запись бесед с клиентами

Приложение установила совсем недавно и уже жалею, что не сделала этого раньше. Очень удобно записывать разговоры с клиентами во время езды на машине. Приложение простое и доступное, разобралась в нем сама. Поиск части разговора по тексту невероятно экономит время, так что приложение класс!!

Отличное приложение и высокая клиентоориентированность

Более удобного приложения не нашел. Оформлял подписку на год и забыл отключить автопродление.
В этом году необходимость в приложении отпала, но деньги с карты списались за год.
Написал в поддержку, объяснил ситуацию, попросил вернуть деньги. Причем забыл на какой номер оформлял подписку (у меня их три).
Разобрались и вернули деньги.
Такая клиентоориентированность подкупает.
При необходимости- только РЕКК.
