They are no longer paying, they changed it in January 2026 without alerting us to a “sweepstakes.” Obviously they’re having issues. ### 1/5 — You don’t earn money anymore *2026-02-21, version 7.58.0* You USE to be able to earn money on here for your data that you could redeem. Since January, you can now only earn points for jackpot entries. They did not tell anyone this and just automatically did it without our knowledge. Everyone knows that winning a jackpot is like close to none. At least when we were redeeming points for money, we KNEW and were GUARANTEED that we were actually going to get something for it. I have cashed out many times (been with it since it was Killi) Since January however, without any notice they took away the ability to cash out points and points can only be used to enter their “jackpot” lottery. Basically taking your data for free. At least when we were redeeming points for money, we KNEW and were GUARANTEED that we were actually going to get something for it. ### 1/5 — denied my request. *2026-02-04, version 7.58.0* i’d give zero stars if i could. they denied my 30$ redemption telling me i wasn’t sharing my advertising ID yet thy were still able to obtain my data and then told me its too late because they just changed the model on jan. 19 where you can only claim your rewards if you win the jackpot. you can see in my account i tried to claim on the 17th an was coincidentally denied on the 19th with no emails stating i was denied to quickly fix this (they said the did email me- i only got the confirmation email about redeeming) whatever. i am out 30$ and they got all my data free. will be deleting my account. this app isn’t worth it. beware. ### 1/5 — Not Good Anymore *2026-02-04, version 7.58.0* Been a member since it was Killi. Used to be a great app. Last few months I noticed my points have disappeared on two different occasions. Looked into it and found out they automatically enter all your points into the jackpot without your consent. They’re basically stealing your data now and your “points” are being returned to them, so you’re giving data away for free. Deleted my account after this second time. Avoid this app, it’s turned into a scam ### 1/5 — Removed rewards *2026-01-01, version 7.52.0* They removed gift card redemptions for points and moved to jackpot drawing system starting in January 2026 I dumped this app. Don't download the app you are wasting time time. ### 1/5 — Over stepping there rights. I will report to apple AppStore *2025-12-30, version 7.52.0* First off my account is the same for gmail but my kinserjoseph07. I have been a member of this for many years. So I have a big family and they all use my internet connection which mind you All in the same house. Well I was told by some family members that their account was blocked and when this reward company was contacted they tried to say oh they was abuse of terms of services and blocked the account. Well each family member told them well it possible I pick up the wrong phone and log in because all the phones look a like they are actually cheap andriod phones. So they block them anyway. Well myself I contacted them and told them my router need to be change and things like that if it would mess up my account and they said no. So then I notice why my vip status was gone. Jp then respond back can you explain why they are so many rewards account connections to your ip. First off where does the company get a right to ask that. They don’t pay my bill they don’t buy my device they don’t buy my family devices. Truly it is none of their business they only have the right to speak to me about my personal account. Which I have email and password to. ### 1/5 — Doom Loop *2025-12-18, version 7.52.0* Am close to my first rewards pay out. Tried to review my weekly update. App is frozen in a doom loop between “there is a new app!” Which takes me to the App Store, with an option to open… the same app. Don’t like this development at all. And the timing is suspicious. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — DONT DOWNLOAD *2026-06-29, version 7.62.0* I downloaded this app Awhile ago because u were able to make money off your data, at least $5-$10 in 2 weeks but now, they changed it to a contest that u gotta use your points to enter so no more money making basically your data is being taken and you get no compensation for it. That sucks I really liked this app but had to delete it cause that’s just dumb. There was no reason to change how the app worked, if they change it back I’ll redownload but for now it’s a hard NO ### 1/5 — Sucks now. *2026-06-07, version 7.62.0* Used to be good. Now rewards are just dangling a carrot and a lottery. ### 1/5 — Used to be a great app *2026-05-24, version 7.62.0* Used to be a great app and you could actually redeem your points for cash or gift cards but since January they changed it and you can’t even redeem anything they just points in the stupid jackpot knowing not everyone will have a chance of being picked for the draw which is unfair definitely not using the app anymore after this. ### 1/5 — This app is a SCAM now *2026-05-23, version 7.62.0* I used to love this app. it was so easy to earn points weekly, and to actually exchange them for an actual reward(gift cards), as advertised. Out of nowhere, w/ no advance notice to where we could cash in our points(in exchange for selling you our data)to still get an ACTUAL reward(which is the whole point of even having this app)… they change the whole entire thing, and all the points you had accumulated for $ rewards now mean nothing and can be exchanged for nothing. Essentially, any money you had in your account that you earned from SELLING this app your data, they took back. Now, the only thing you can do is use your points to enter a raffle giveaway. This is the Caden app experience all over again. Why did the developers of this app all of a sudden decide they want to keep collecting peoples data but without reimbursing them? Especially when none of us would have downloaded the app and agreed to “sell” our data if we were not actually being rewarded for it. I’m not sure how developers can legally get away with advertising an app promising actual $ rewards in exchange for users data, and then take the $ rewards people had already earned OUT OF THEIR ACCOUNT. Didn’t even have the common decency to allow us to cash in our earned reward $ one last time before changing the whole system, which honestly defeats the whole purpose of having an app like this. I’m beginning to think that developers like you are making apps like this intentionally, and once you’ve acquired millions of users data, purposely switching the reward system over so that you can try to continue collecting people’s data without having to pay them for it, or pay them for the data you already acquired. When I downloaded this app I agreed to SELL you my data in exchange for A REAL REWARD. I have upheld my end of the agreement, the developers of this app have not. If you were going to switch to only “rewarding” us for our data with entries to a raffle, you should have asked us to agree or not, like we did when we downloaded this app to begin with. On the plus side- now that you have ruined this app and screwed everyone over, no one will ever download another app developed by you again (if you ever even make it that far, which is doubtful considering you aren’t even competent enough to keep up with the one you already have). I had almost $30 in my account ready to cash out, that I had earned from SELLING you my data. I’m going to be reporting the app to the App Store for fraud, and I hope y’all are proud of yourselves- you just lost all of your customers. You guys must have partnered up with the scam snakes of the Caden app, because you guys have only turned out to be an immense failure. ### 1/5 — Removed Gift Cards *2026-05-08, version 7.62.0* You used to be able to redeem your points for gift cards and PayPal. Now in their new update, they removed all of that. Points are basically useless. You can’t redeem them for anything. You can only use them to enter lottery events. This means you sell your data with no guarantee that you will be rewarded. ### 1/5 — Downfall of the app *2026-05-07, version 7.62.0* Reklaim used to be usable when we actually got to withdraw earnings at $10 or so. Right now you need $100 or sweepstakes which practically is just not possible to win. So huge downfall of this app… uninstalled ### 1/5 — When selling your data is packaged as protection? *2026-04-15, version 7.62.0* I’ll be honest it seemed sketchy to do all these surveys for a way to protect myself so I could see who is trying to get my data. It seemed much more likely you were just getting information to sell the data so you could afford to pay people out for red redemption I don’t know if that’s true or not, but I definitely feel that any opposition you have isn’t going to sell me on it You can get the same benefits that you provide just by looking up data breaches and that’s about it The only feature anybody was interested in your app for was the redemption that you now raised to $100,000. Nobody wants a jackpot BS that nobody is going Win. So after years of having the app, I’m leaving it would’ve been five stars before this change not because of what you provided but you know I tolerated because it’s good to have a glimpse of who’s got what but you’re most likely the reason they have it so IM out! ✌️- was good while you lasted ### 1/5 — Great back then now not so much *2026-04-10, version 7.62.0* Back them goals were easy to reach now it like a 100,000 3-5 yr not worth your data ### 1/5 — Legit but having issues recently *2026-04-04, version 7.62.0* Edit (2026): I’ve loved this app since it was killi.io, but now I’m strongly considering deleting the app. My account keeps wiping ALL of my points towards some jackpot challenge I reached out to make it clear I have NO interest in putting my points towards. It’s beginning to feel like a waste of time and storage on my phone. 469 points in the last 2 months (app has been having issues loading on my phone regardless of wifi vs data and I end up falling asleep waiting for it to load to allow me to claim my points on a weekly basis) that I wanted to KEEP and STACK towards a gift card of MY CHOICE, GONE. Wiped. Mind you I’ve only been able to claim my points 1-2 times per month these last couple months because of what I previously mentioned. (Before 2026) I love the options to redeem, and how effortless it is to receive points..when I remember to claim them. I received an abundance of scam/spam calls and emails on a regular basis, and wouldn’t be surprised if the information I have on this app has something to do with that. ### 1/5 — STAY AWAY *2026-03-13, version 7.61.0* They used to let you cash out your points once you hit 1,000 (you’d make $10). I tried to cash out 1,300 points and found out that they changed it so you can’t cash out unless you hit 100,000 points. Bunch of clowns.
