Instead of providing practical solutions, they kept suggesting unnecessary replacements and upgrades that not even needed and required multiple days to complete. On top of that, the entire process consumed a huge amount of my time and Multiple visits.They failed to provide clear guidance from the start, which made everything more complicated than it should have been.
