Some good generic advice. Worth the asking price if it helps I guess.

I cancelled my subscription, which isn’t done easily in the app by the way, and I was still charged after that.

I asked for a refund and they offered me a free lifetime subscription after that. I feel like they are desperate for money and are not willing to rectify their mistakes. 

If they take any more money from me I will be considering legal action

UPDATE:
They did refund me after I pushed hard enough but it took quite a few messages back and forth to get there.

Really good app, easy to follow and very insightful. The only issue I’ve had so far is that the audio does not play in background so the audio always stops when the screen locks.

Made what I thought was a one time purchase and turns out it was a subscription. Payment almost tripled in the next month. I was not using the app or service and they refused a refund. Be aware.

Found a new monthly charge on my bank statement and I have no idea what this is about.   Feels like a scam.   Turns out they have charging me monthly for a year for something I never requested.    Be very careful of this company

They initially charge you £20 without informing you there are any further payments due, they then try and take $45.99 a month from your account without warning. They then refuse to refund you the money taken but offer you free access to the app for life! All return emails are automated and virtually instant so they are clearly pulling this stunt on a regular basis as they are set up to respond to complaints about the additional payments.

I’m just in my first week of the program it works very well. If you’re willing to put in the effort, your guided taught shown all things and pieces you need to put it all back together for yourself so far I’m loving it.

Been with it now for 19 days. It’s been great, very informative, the pace is easy to follow and the tools and information provided in the sessions have been very helpful and useful.

Claire, bien détaillée et couvrant tous les aspects. Cette application est formidable, plus efficace qu’un psy pour peu qu’on s’en donne la peine.
Les sujets d’actualité comme la dépendance aux réseaux sociaux est aussi traitée.

Il y a plusieurs programmes et basculer de l’un à l’autre demande un message au support.
L’équipe de support est de bon conseil, compréhensive et réactive (merci encore Seba).
