## What is Relative Pitch?

The app is free. Level 1 in full, with unlimited sessions, and training that adapts to your ear from the very first answer.

You hear two notes. Which one is higher? By how much? And played together, could you name them?

Recognizing intervals by ear is what separates the musician who reads notes from the one who hears music. It is not a gift, it is practice. And you do not need to read sheet music to start.

TRAINING THAT ADAPTS TO YOU
The ZDP engine reads your answers as you go and sets every exercise to the level you are at today. On a good run? Difficulty rises. An interval that keeps slipping? It eases off until that one sinks in. You stay where progress actually happens: never bored, never stuck against a wall.

A DEBRIEF AFTER EVERY SESSION
Apple Intelligence can analyze your work right on your device and give you personal feedback: what is settling in, what still needs time. Nothing leaves your device.

FREE, FOREVER
• All of Level 1, with unlimited sessions
• The full adaptive engine within that scope
• Your progress, your calendar and your stats
• Reminders to help you keep the rhythm

WHAT THE SINGLE PURCHASE UNLOCKS
• Every level, from your first steps to the most demanding
• The complete range of intervals, simple and compound, ascending, descending and harmonic
• Your choice of which intervals to work on
• The pathway built for the L.U.C.I.D. method
One purchase, no subscription.

FOR HOME AND FOR THE CLASSROOM
Up to 3 independent profiles on a single device: everyone keeps their own progress, stats and pace.

BUILT TO BE USABLE BY EVERYONE
VoiceOver, high contrast, a dark interface, and feedback that never relies on color alone: every answer is marked by a symbol and by haptic feedback. Adapting properly means adapting to each person.

YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU
No collection, no account to create, no connection required, no permission to grant to get started. Everything happens on your device.

Note Precision: Intervals accompanies the Relative Ear module of the L.U.C.I.D. platform, which grew out of a music teacher's work, and it fits practice with your teacher as naturally as working on your own at home.

Available in 12 languages, as a native app on iPhone, iPad and Mac. This is the first app in the NotePrecision suite.

The ear can be trained.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4 — 2026-10-13

A smoother exercise: each question's sound plays on its own, the timer starts with it, and after you answer the correction appears, then "Next" moves on without waiting.

A clearer home screen: one main button starts your exercise directly, with its intervals shown.

At the end of a session: the Apple Intelligence analysis, the intervals you recognized well and those to work on, a musical tip and a card for each achievement unlocked.

Plan a session: choose the time, and the reminder arrives right then and starts the session with one tap.

The number of questions is kept for each level, and Reference Intervals keep your listening mode.

With several profiles, the home screen and the analyses only count the sessions of the chosen profile.

VoiceOver: the exercise waits for your double tap before playing the sound.

The Performance charts are now translated into every language of the app.

### 1.3 — 2026-09-24

New: Preview. Before you unlock a level or the L.U.C.I.D. journey, open Preview to watch and hear the exercise play on its own, animated. You also see the progression at a glance: more intervals and new play modes (ascending, descending, harmonic) at higher levels, plus the goals to reach along the journey. Watch, listen, then decide.

### 1.2 — 2026-08-25

The one-time "Unlock Everything" purchase is now available in the app: it opens every level, the complete range of intervals and the L.U.C.I.D. pathway, with no subscription.

Accessibility: the Reduce Motion setting is now respected everywhere. Celebrations, the session summary and transitions switch to simple fades when it is on.

Bought the app while it was paid? Everything stays unlocked. There is nothing for you to do.

### 1.1 — 2026-08-12

The app is now free. Level 1 is yours, forever, with unlimited sessions and the full adaptive engine on that level.

A single purchase unlocks every other level, the complete range of intervals and the L.U.C.I.D. pathway.

Already bought the app? Everything stays unlocked. There is nothing for you to do.
