## Most critical reviews (6 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2025-12-13, version 3.0.14*

You click on the app, you get a link, and the link either leads to a page telling you to download the app or the “link” can’t even be clicked or copy and pasted

### 1/5 — Impossible to log in

*2024-07-04, version 3.0.14*

Relativity doesn’t work in mobile browsers, give you a link to the app. Download the app, paste the instance link, and it opens a mobile browser with in the app. Which, of course tells you that the browser isn’t supported, and gives you a link to download that app that you are currently in -_- utter garbage.

### 1/5 — Can’t play mp4 files

*2023-07-18, version 3.0.13*

You can’t play mp4 files through the app. iOS plays them natively, why doesn’t your app. Plus you block access to your web interface from iOS. I would rather navigate in micro text than not have access to the desktop site. The app lacks lots of features like saving searches. Virtually useless to me

### 1/5 — App doesn’t even work

*2023-02-23, version 3.0.13*

For whatever reason, Relativity doesn’t let you sign in and gives an error saying browser isn’t supported, please download the app . . . on the app.

### 1/5 — Missing the key features desired for a mobile version

*2020-05-19, version 3.0.1*

No access to dashboards, reports, or any other enrichments beyond highlighting? The admin settings let us add users and groups, but not modify any permissions. While I see the limited benefit of reviewing documents on a tiny screen this app is lacking all the bells and whistles it needs.

### 3/5 — Some features but too limited

*2023-02-15*

The ability for admins to manage users and groups is great. Id love to see the ability to edit saved searches on the go or at least view the saved search criteria.

Given there’s been no features in 2+ years (based on release notes) would it be easier to allow the website version to be accessed on iPhone?
