However, please allow me to offer a suggestion that may provide your organization with increased sales :-) It would be nice to hear a small “snippet” of each meditation to determine if I would like to purchase it. That is, by offering customers, for example, a 30-second (or longer) sample, more folks may be inclined to buy the full version. Another idea that may be useful is to offer the user the ability to mute the background music so we can concentrate on your soothing voice…just a thought! Finally decided to write a review. ### 5/5 — The real deal *2026-02-26, version 8.9* I have cPTSD and in order of priority sleeping only comes after Breathing in order to be able to function properly. If I don’t sleep then my amygdala hijacks the day and though I’ve learnt to recover from a trigger in seconds it’s still debilitating when I do get a trigger. I can’t recommend this material too highly. Five years ago in the lockdown it was literally a life saver as I tried to discover why I broke my brain while being hyper vigilant 24/7, it was hell. Purchased the EMDR, love it. I hardly can make it through, without falling asleep probably around a 95% rate. I have to really be struggling with something if I don’t. So calming. When I was in middle school, I’d listen to the lucid dreaming recording every night and it consistently worked well for me. I sort of forgot about this app until recently when I had my first lucid dream in years and came back. It doesn’t quite work the same for me as it did when I was a middle schooler, but I still find his recordings deeply relaxing and therapeutic. I’ve branched out (now that I have money) and have purchased some of his other recordings. I’ve particularly enjoyed the astral projection recording. I enjoy listening to you, Glenn! I have horrible sleep problems and have tried everything. The funny thing is I think Glenn has a very lovely and relaxing voice but it doesn’t translate into sleep. I have tried numerous apps related to sleep and Glenn Harrold was the only one I could tolerate. This is why I am so sad it doesn’t help me fall asleep. Nothing will download, just stay at 0%. Tried it on different wifi networks and got the same result. This makes me suspicious something else is going on in the background that we aren’t seeing. Update: Vendor responded asking me to delete and reinstall.
