Got to try to help with sleep. The sleep version was paid so I did free trial. Definitely not worth paying money for. The app is glitched and when you click on session you want, it takes you to different one. The colors change quickly which is not very relaxing for when trying to sleep. It also makes a very annoying noise (luckily you can mute).
