Its good, relaxing and help to see the positive side of things and if you want more you have the option to get the premium. But its works just as well without the premium.

This is a great app to help relax.  It has positive messages, helpful exercises, and even a panic attack S.O.S.  It is user friendly.  You get a customized plan after answering a few easy questions.  Very nice app!

Such a help for my mental health, really. The app is easy and not confusing too! This really helped track my mood every-day, which was something I haven’t done in a while because I haven’t had to encouragement, but this app helped me get back on that!

Truly 10/10 app for helping people focus on relaxing themselves. The survey is quick and accurate. While the programmed exercises really make you pause your busy life and focusing on being yourself. This app is so essential to someone who is always on the move.
