Not Happy with the money that was stolen due to still getting update. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that does anything but you guest it…. Didn’t work. The carpets aren't that dirty, which plays a big part because that is where the satisfaction stems from. It stems from having something dirty, using various cleaning supplies, the sounds (which you did well on, supplies and sound-wise), and being able to tell the difference between the before and after. I could barely notice a difference which made me feel unsatisfied. All you do is complete one small, short task an an ad pops up. There are more ads than there is play time. I purchased the no ads option, the money came out and the app still continued to play them. Pressing restore purchases did nothing. Re-trying to purchase no ads did nothing. Want to contact the developer about it? That’s not an option either, even if you go to their website. Even re-started my phone and re-installed the app. Nothing worked. I had to ask for a refund for the money that was basically taken from me for nothing in return. Luckily I was refunded but this is not okay. Clearly the developer doesn’t care about the quality they give us. I sometimes struggle with sensory overload and overstimulation but this game calms my nerves all the way down. There isn’t that many ads, which is always nice. The only thing I would change is those levels where you are cleaning like a car or something else that is not a carpet; I don’t like how you can only fill up the hundred percent and you can’t clen th whole thing. It has no adds at all it has bonus rounds or something were you can do other stuff to but that’s only once in a while so you can still do a lot of carpet cleaning.
