Simply lovely little app w a tree that grows as you breathe there’s a circle that tells you when and how long to hold your breath and then breathe out

This is the best free app I’ve found for instant results for my panic attacks. No bs. I just click on the app n start breathing n growing my tree for 2 minutes. It works best for me if I watch the tree growing n not the breathing circle. The music, adjusting my breathing to match the breathing circle n the visual growing tree really seems to help me readjust. And since it’s only 2 min I can do it a few times if I need to.
