## What is Relay by Kwikly?

Relay is how dental professionals see and pick up open shifts across their own organization's offices. Built for hygienists, dental assistants, and front-office staff at partner dental organizations, Relay puts every open shift in your network one tap away — with the rate, location, and details you need to decide before you accept.

Key Features:
• Every shift at your organization's offices in one app — no phone tag, no email chains, no missed opportunities.
• 4-hour internal head start — your organization's team sees shifts first, before they open to Kwikly's outside pool.
• Full pay visibility — your DSO hourly rate for the shift shown up front, so you know what you'll earn before you accept.
• Paid on your normal paycheck — shifts you pick up are paid by your employer at your usual contracted rate. No separate W-2, no 1099, no new payroll to set up.
• Set your preferences once — location radius, availability days, roles you'll cover — and only see shifts that fit.
• Punch in, punch out, and review your timecard from your phone.

Why pros choose Relay:
• Consistent extra hours at offices you already know and locations you can reach.
• Full transparency on pay, location, and shift details before you commit — no surprises.
• No new employer, no new tax setup — just extra shifts on your regular paycheck.
• Every shift comes from a vetted office in your organization's network.
