It is the most convenient way and offers next generation security for our security, staff and management staff. I think that if some more time in making the app more accessible on other platforms I.e Apple Watch this would be a complete game changer. I see a lot of potential in this company and very hopeful for the future ### 5/5 — Great devices, highly recommend for hotel communications *2022-12-23* Please add a button in the Relay app to toggle on / off an “On Duty” function. It’s disturbing to leave the hotel, and have a call between associates on property come through. Even closing all the way out of the app does not stop this. Only doing a “sign out” seems to work. The flip side is that it takes a while to get logged back in while it authenticates. If I need to make an immediate call to someone, that is disruptive. 30 seconds or a minute may not be a lot to log in, but in our world- it can be the difference between ok service and great service.
