At first I was getting my payouts then this time around it’s been delayed. Even though the AI told me that my payout would be processed on August 4th it’s still saying pending and now the app is telling me I have to wait until the next payout. Which now is saying that i have to wait until August 18th for it to be processed then after that I have to wait 2-3 business days after the process date to receive my money. I’ve been waiting days for a human to contact me but nothing yet the AI said that this is a problem for a human and that they would send my problem over to them and they would reach out to me. But I haven’t heard from anyone yet this is ridiculous I’ve been waiting weeks for this money & I have plans to pay bills with it but this delay is holding me up. ### 1/5 — Missing Payout *2026-08-05, version 2.1* I requested $112 payout on July 2nd and it is now August 5th. You can’t contact support except through a chat that I feel is AI and not a real person due to the fact they keep repeating themselves over and over, and I have yet to get a solution to my issue. Boy was I wrong. My second payout has been pushed back 4 times. It’s has been almost 2 months with no way to contact a real person. Don’t waste your time. Two weeks later, it wasn’t processed and it told me I had to wait until August 3rd. Now it’s telling me I have to wait until August 18th. I’ve accumulated over $700 in posting ads for the app in 40 days now and have not received a penny for my work. I still posted enough to accumulate for a second payout and now they flagged me saying my account is restricted and I can not receive my payout. DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU WASTE TIME ON THIS. !! ### 1/5 — Payout Fraud/ Waste of time *2026-08-20, version 2.1* I first started posting in February got a few $50 payouts but come June I requested my 110 payout and they said I’d get it July 4th, then 18th, so I cancelled it to get all my money at once. $305 was due to be sent on the 18th, now they’re saying September 1st. I stopped posting because I wasn’t getting paid. That’s before they changed the rules of the amount you get paid now. And the only way to reach support is through a stupid Ai bot that’s keeps saying it’ll send the messages to a “teammate” that never reaches out, there’s no email or anything. Don’t fall for it and save your time. ### 1/5 — Closes account if you ask too many questions *2026-08-17, version 2.1* I’ve been using this app sense January I’ve followed every rule and all of a sudden I start asking questions about the payout day and my account gets taken down . No conversation no anything . Then when you try to ask what happened they just ghost you and they don’t give you your pending payment. Don’t waste your time with these people. ### 1/5 — SCAM x10 *2026-08-16, version 2.1* Ya it paid a couple times then delayed large payment and eventually closed my account so they wouldn’t have to pay claiming fraudulent activity and inflating views. They had/showed no proof because it wasn’t true. Everyone who has the same experience needs to file a class action lawsuit! I have one $50 “pending” and I have to wait on that before I can attempt to cash out the $100 but the payouts just continue getting delayed. There is no real person to talk to through support. It’s been a terrible experience trying to deal with this. I’m really upset because I put in the work, posted the videos, followed by the criteria and still cannot get paid! I do NOT recommend this app. ### 1/5 — Absolute Scam - Moves Goalposts & Uses AI Support To Stall Payments *2026-08-12, version 2.1* Do not waste your time or create free content for this app. I requested a $73 payout on July 15th after completing campaigns in good faith. Since then, the app has repeatedly engaged in a bait-and-switch routine with my money.The expected arrival date constantly shifts further into the future—first pushing from August 7th, to August 18th, and now all the way to September 4th. When you try to contact customer support, you are trapped in a loop with an AI chatbot persona named "Michael" who pretends to be a real person. The bot gives scripted, contradictory excuses, claiming the payment is "queued" while simultaneously admitting it is stuck on a permanent system hold. They are harvesting free marketing labor from creators and then freezing accounts or pushing payout dates indefinitely when it’s time to cash out. I am reporting this app to Apple for payout fraud, as well as the FTC and BBB. Avoid at all costs! ### 1/5 — Still Waiting For My Money *2026-08-12, version 2.1* I had a couple of payouts go smoothly a couple of months ago but ever since July hit, my payout has been postponed 3 times now. I initiated payout on July 2nd and now it’s saying I won’t get paid until September 4th. Waiting over 2 months+ to get paid is simply unacceptable. You need to supply a human customer support representative so that they can assist and make users feel valued. Right now, it doesn’t feel very worth it to use Relay unfortunately. It had such great potential too. ### 1/5 — Not very good *2026-08-11, version 2.1* Only a few posts paid $1 the rest are $0.50 and you get about 4 a day if your constantly paying attention or they disappear so your looking at least a month to even get a payout if not longer ,there are way better ways to earn than this …I don’t really recommend this it just takes up too much of your time Update: I forgot to mention if you chat inside the app to relay then they will ignore you after 3 questions and you will need a email address to create multiple TikTok accounts and you can only post for 1 brand per email and if you try to change brands then you can never post again with that email ever so your just stuck Update now one of my accounts won’t let me post and they haven’t answered my questions about it…I will continue until I get a payout and will report back with a YouTube link because I’m tracking everything and will make a video to show Ok new update everything started picking up the more I posted and I’m on day 32 now but on day 27 I went from getting a full set of posts to barely getting 1 or 2 a day now so even though you are getting better pay as you go it doesn’t matter cuz you won’t get content to post as much once you reach the highest payout so I will continue for another week and if it doesn’t pick up then I will just quit this app because it’s not really worth the time but there are other apps and companies that offer UGC posting and you already have the accounts New update they just updated that now you need 11 views just to be eligible to get paid and the pay went down from $1.00 per post to $0.75 and I went from 17 posts a day to only 3 so I guess greed will destroy this app before it can be considered anything good ### 1/5 — For get this *2026-08-08, version 2.1* This app ain’t giving me nothing because the template of a white woman post so don’t waste your time with this less they want you to add it on your TikTok which I not adding her post on my TikTok I do my own post ### 1/5 — SCAM *2026-08-07, version 2.1* Don’t waste your time with this scam. They will constantly move the goal posts. First, I was told I had to make 40 before withdrawing. Once I made that, they changed it to 50. The app took away streaks even though I was on there every day. When you withdraw, you have to wait a month to get money. At least that’s what they said. It’s been over a month. No money, no way to contact them, and now even their AI support bot won’t answer questions. This app is a scam. Until they decided to change everything. At first they gave out bonuses for first post, 4 day streak, 10 days , 20 days and 30 days now they don’t. You used to be able to get paid just for posting without getting views then they went to you have to have 40 views before you get paid now it’s 100 views. This is nonsense. Give back the bonuses or change the views back to none and still we get paid. You keep the .25 .50 and .75 rewards they way they are, but make it where we actually get paid. Because not all post are going to get the views you want. You had it right the first time before you did all these in rules.
