## What is Relay Proposals?

Relay Proposals is the bid opportunity manager built for commercial construction contractors. Track every pursuit from the first invitation to the final award decision, with a complete, time-stamped audit trail behind every move.

PIPELINE
See every bid on one board. Move opportunities through Lead, Invited, Estimating, Submitted, Awarded, and Lost. Filter by stage, estimator, client, or project type, and always know exactly where a pursuit stands.

LIGHTWEIGHT CRM
Keep your general contractors, owners, architects, and their contacts in one place. Every opportunity ties back to the client, so you can see your full history and hit ratio with anyone you bid to.

WIN/LOSS & HIT RATIO
Capture why you won or lost, who the competition was, and the numbers behind every decision. Track hit ratio by client, project type, estimator, and location — the metrics that actually drive where you spend estimating hours.

BUILT-IN AUDIT TRAIL
Every status change, document, estimate revision, and note is recorded and immutable. When someone asks why a bid moved or what changed, the answer is one tap away.

DASHBOARD & REPORTS
Pipeline value by stage, conversion funnel, time-in-stage, estimator scorecards, and backlog forecast — exportable to PDF and CSV.

BUILT FOR THE TRADES
Designed by a CPA with 20+ years inside commercial construction accounting. Margins stay private and gated by permission. $99/month flat, unlimited users, 30-day free trial — no credit card required to start.

Part of the Relay product family.
