I’ve tried many things, but this app is different. I will say, the price while understandable may be a barrier to entry for many struggling with this. For me, it served as somewhat of an encouragement for recovery (don’t wanna waste my money by acting out despite spending it on this app!). Anyway, very nice app, unique take on porn addiction, and a great team behind it. I was in it for over 6 months, and all it did was make me feel guilty, shameful, inadequate and give me zero solid direction towards actually making a meaningful change. These methods only reinforce helplessness, and will keep you stuck on the hamster wheel of addiction. I quit Relay because I found another program that actually teaches you how to rewire you neural pathways. Not only did I quit porn through the other program, but weed as well.
