We didn’t get any birds nesting in the first year, but we did see some explore inside the birdhouse I made the mistake of leaving the camera/battery in the garage during the cold weather and it died. My bad, but trying to navigate customer support to find out how to buy a replacement was infuriating. The customer service email address isn’t active, you have to chat on the app. Initially, they said they’d send a replacement, then they took it back. Fine, I’m glad to buy a replacement. It’s my fault. However, there’s no model number or information on how to order the right replacement, and during a week’s worth of asking no one can tell me what to order. In addition, all the chat logs disappear so you can never see what you’ve already talked about with the support team. The birds are already nesting so I’ve had to order a replacement based on my best guess. I will probably move to a different product because it’s so hard to get a decent response from these folks. ### 2/5 — Fix the bugs, Fix AI and Fix firmware *2026-03-23, version 4.0.2* The AI feature does not work. Updating the device also doesn’t work when you add a new feeder which I have 3 and they have all prompted you have a new firmware update and after selecting update the firmware never changes to the latest version and all 3 cameras being the same all have different firmware. You also need to fix your customer service support emails their all down as of this posting ### 2/5 — Téléchargement des vidéos impossible *2026-03-07, version 4.0.2* Depuis la dernière mise à jour, le téléchargement des videos est impossible : le bouton n’apparaît plus dans l’application. Par ailleurs, celle ci ne notifie plus lors de nouveaux événements. Enfin, le support ne répond pas ! ### 3/5 — Screen Orientation *2025-05-07, version 3.4.5* The app works ok for my purpose. However it has a major flaw. After opening the screen is in portrait mode, ok for preview. Then if I want full-size it will go landscape mode But if I turn the device to view it correctly it returns to portrait mode. Meaning I have to lie down holding the screen so it remains in landscape. Portrait mode period. Full screen is nice if your head can bend 90deg. Stays charged even with solar panel covered with snow. Me and my wife are both having the same issue, where you click the button to identify it and it just doesn’t do anything. Can’t add any birds to the diary, difficult to even navigate the app. Horrible experience and the app is a scam. It’s good for just watching the live function, and watching back the birds from that day. The app of course works great if you pay an exorbitant amount of money. Otherwise, you better look at and download your videos daily or they will be lost. No bird info without paying either. It is getting pretty typical to have an amazing product ruined by the greed of the app runners. ### 1/5 — Beeps When Motioned Triggered *2025-03-09, version 3.3.3* The camera started to beep every time when motion sensor is triggered. This started a few days ago and it’s been like that. The app has no way to turn that sound off. It is very bothersome and makes me think someone has hacked into the system like someone is trying to speak to it. The two way intercom works well and so far I have been able to hear clearly during a conversation. The lighting really lights up my backyard. I must also note I like how the Reli app compliments the whole system by giving you speaker volume settings, light brightness adjustment, and intercom capabilities all within a few simple clicks.
