## What is Reliability Pro?

Reliability Pro is the essential reference tool for engineers, technicians, and quality managers in the electronics and mechanical fields. Designed to be fast and intuitive, this application allows you to perform all your reliability and lifespan calculations directly in the field or in the laboratory.

The application is divided into 4 professional modules:

THEORETICAL MODEL (Arrhenius Law)
Evaluate equipment reliability by degrading the nominal MTBF (25°C) based on real-world thermal operating constraints. This module includes the automatic calculation of the exact probabilities of reliability (R) and failure (F) over the defined operating period.

FITs ANALYSIS (BOM)
Sum the FITs (Failures in Time) of all the components on your electronic boards. The application adjusts each FIT according to its local temperature to identify critical vulnerabilities, calculate the overall system MTBF, and evaluate the probabilities of reliability (R) and failure (F) for a target mission.

HARDWARE TESTS (Test Bench)
Consolidate your accelerated aging test data from climate chambers. Extract the actual physical MTBF at 25°C from heterogeneous test times (with or without failures), then project it to your customers' conditions to automatically calculate the associated probabilities of reliability and failure.

EXTRAPOLATION (Ns/No Statistics)
Qualify your production batches against contractual requirements. Starting from an initial population (No) and the survivors (Ns) after a thermal stress test, instantly estimate the standard MTBF (25°C) and the MTBF at your target operating temperature. Then, project this data to the target duration to accurately determine the batch's probabilities of survival (reliability) and failure.
